Landed costs are modelled estimates (July 2026) covering FOB, ocean freight, insurance, brokerage, documentation, drayage, warehousing, shrinkage, and cost of capital. Canadian duty on green coffee is zero. Final pricing is confirmed per lot against real freight and broker quotes.
